New Patient Consultation
Begin with a thoughtfully designed New Patient in-person consultation for $99. If you choose to enroll in a RejuvinAge Program, your $99 consultation fee will be fully credited toward your program investment.

Your Program Appointment includes a review of your health history, a discussion of your symptoms, and an evaluation of any lab work. Together, we’ll set goals and determine the most appropriate, personalized plan for your care.

A $99 payment is required at the end of the questionnaire to submit your information. Medications and lab panels are not included in promotional pricing. Online payments for special offers are non-refundable, though appointments can be rescheduled.
